Greetings Golfers, Friends, Relatives and Golf Tournament Sponsors! Our 10th Annual Sts. Constantine & Helen Church Golf Tournament is happening on Saturday, September 25th, 2021 at Woodbridge Golf Club in Sachse, Texas.
Registration starts at 12:00pm and the Shotgun start will be at 1:00pm. Our Registration Form is attached below. Please sign up as soon as convenient.
